شكرا للتسوق معنا! سياسة الإرجاع/ الاستبدال: يمكنك الحصول على الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال حدث Adihex فقط (9 أيام). إذا مر الحدث، فلن يتم إصدار أي تغيير في الإرجاع من أي نوع. لن يُسمح باستبدال العناصر إلا خلال وقت الحدث فقط، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة الموردة وفي عبوته الأصلية. لن يقبل التسلح التكتيكي الإرجاع أو الاستبدال دون استلام/فاتورة ذات صلة و:

1. إذا تبين أن المنتج معيب أو تم العبث به بعد الشراء، فلن يكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع/الاستبدال.
2. إذا تجاوز طلب الصرف الأيام المسموح بها. (في حالة انتهاء الحدث، لن يُسمح بأي تبادلات من أي نوع)
3. يجب عليك الاهتمام بشكل معقول بأي منتجات ترغب في إرجاعها وعدم استخدامها. يجب أن تعاد المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية. لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر يلحق بالعناصر أثناء حيازتك وقد نرفض طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد الأموال.
4. في حالة وجود سلع معيبة أو تالفة أو تم توريدها بشكل غير صحيح، فقد نقدم لك منتجًا بديلاً أو بديلاً أو نعيد لك كامل المبلغ من خلال وسائل معقولة. على أية حال، يجب عليك إرجاع المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير الصحيحة إلينا في أقرب وقت ممكن وبنفس الحالة التي تم توريدها بها.
5. في حالة الرغبة في استبدال أي منتج، يمكنك زيارة المتجر لإرجاع المنتجات وشراء منتجات جديدة. (يُرجى ملاحظة أن هذا يخضع لمدى التوفر ويتوافق مع سياساتنا المعمول بها.)

Thank you for shopping with us! Return / Exchange policy: You can get a return and exchange within the Adihex Event only (9 days). If the event have passed, no return change of any kind will be issued. Exchanges of items will only be permitted within the event time only, provided the product is in the same condition as supplied and in its original packaging. Tactical Armament will not accept return or exchanges WITHOUT RELEVANT RECEIPT / INVOICE and:

1. If the product is found to be defective or tampered with after purchase, it will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
2. If the exchange request exceeds the allowed days. (If the event have passed, no exchanges of any kind will be permitted)
3. You must take reasonable care of any Products that you wish to return and not use. Products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items during your possession and may refuse your return, exchange or refund request.
4. In the event that goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may offer you a replacement or replacement product or provide you with a full refund through reasonable means. In any case, you must return defective, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as in which they were supplied.
5. If you want to exchange any product, you can visit the store to return the products and purchase new ones. (Please note that this is subject to availability and complies with our applicable policies.)
